Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Any item showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval of the refund will be communicated.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Size or color preference issues are not eligible for return unless an incorrect item was delivered.

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable only for eligible return cases.
